Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

All products are carefully inspected and shipped in excellent condition. We take pride in ensuring every item
meets our quality standards before leaving our facility.
Delivery Policy
We offer doorstep delivery for all orders.
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- $9 flat-rate shipping on orders under $50 (city-wide)
Same-Day Delivery:
- Products ordered before 3:00 PM will be delivered the same day, except on Sundays and statutory holidays, in which case they will be delivered on the next business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
- Delivery timelines are subject to delay in the event of extreme weather conditions.
Responsibility After Delivery
Once delivery is made to your doorstep, Quick Paws is not responsible for the product.
This includes:
- Loss or theft after delivery
- Damage occurring after drop-off
- Unattended or missed retrievals
