QuickPaws Delivery/ Shipping Policy
- QuickPaws Delivery Ltd. (“QuickPaws”, “us”, “we”) recommends customers thoroughly reviews orders before finalizing to ensure the accuracy of the order.
- QuickPaws currently does not offer shipping by mail, courier or any other third party delivery company.
- We currently only do local delivery to addresses within the city of Regina, Saskatchewan.
- There is no delivery available to box numbers, it must be a valid street address.
- All orders over $25.00 CDN, before tax, will qualify for free delivery. All orders under $25.00 CDN, before tax, will be subject to a $5.00 delivery fee.
- Orders placed before 3:00PM SK time, Monday to Friday will be delivered between 4:00 – 9:00 PM SK time (same day). On Saturday, orders placed before 12:00PM SK time, will be delivered between 12:00 and 4:00PM SK time (same day). Currently, there is no delivery on Sundays or statutory holidays.
- Any orders placed on Sundays or statutory holidays will be delivered the next applicable business delivery day during the regular delivery window for that day. All items will be delivered in new condition, without defects, rips, tears, etc.
- We encourage customers to be home during the delivery window, to prevent theft of the delivered product. All deliveries will be made to the front door, provided the door is accessible (free from debris/snow, etc.). Deliveries will not be made to the front door, if the access is unsafe (ie/dangerous dogs in the yard,etc.). If a delivery has to be rescheduled due to lack of access, a $9.00 fee will be applicable for each attempt thereafter. QuickPaws will maintain photo records of the delivery, and condition of products at time of delivery.
